Join us for the 2022 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit-A Hybrid Event!
Our hybrid meeting format provides two distinct options for attendees, one in Honolulu, Hawaii, May 8-13, 2022, for those comfortable with and able to travel, and one online May 23-25, 2022, for those who prefer a virtual meeting.
The Honolulu Experience (In Person) offers attendees a traditional MRS Meeting, including a full slate of symposium sessions, professional development events, award presentations, an interactive exhibit hall and in-person networking opportunities. Those who attend in person in Honolulu also will be able to participate in The Virtual Experience.
The Virtual Experience, held two weeks later, includes the same symposium topics, but with a separate selection of talks delivered via our virtual platform. All presentations, events, networking and exhibits will be available online only.

The 7th International Conference on Advanced Steels (ICAS2022)

A series of ICAS was launched in Tsukuba 2002 with aiming to exchange an updated scientific knowledge in steel science and network with world-leading researchers in the community in order to make great contributions to the global issue on safety, security, and sustainability. The R&D activities in the field have leading approaches including advanced microstructural design, cutting-edge tools of characterization, and multi-scale simulation/modeling. The high quality scientific programs of various topics will be organized into three symposia covering Microstructural analysis and control, Mechanical properties, and Long term degradation.
This is the second event in Tsukuba subsequent to the first meeting two decades ago. We organizers do welcome all of you and hope to have another great opportunity.

11th European Stainless Steel Conference Science & Market and 7th European Duplex Stainless Steel Conference & Exhibition (ESSC & DUPLEX 2022)

The ESSC & DUPLEX Conference will focus on all the aspects of development, production technology (hot and cold rolling, heat treatment, etc.), welding, corrosion and applications of stainless steels and duplex stainless steels and it addresses delegates with both academic and industrial backgrounds.
The results shall contribute to the advancement of existing and potential applications and will help to guide future development.
The event will bring together developers, designers, manufacturers and users of stainless steel from industry and academia and will compare the present and future needs to satisfy these demands now or in the future.
Short and medium term perspectives of European stainless steel flat, long products, forgings and castings will be widely discussed during the Stainless Steel Market Outlook session.
It is expected the presence of speakers representing the most important European stainless steel associations and reports coming from the big stainless steel companies. |
